BISEP strives to provide quality products and services to its customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our device, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, after the 30-day period has passed, we are unable to offer a refund. BISEP has the right to reject a refund if a device is returned in a damaged or incomplete condition, in any event as determined by BISEP using its reasonable discretion.
Return Eligibility
Your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.All devices are shipped with foam inserts that are used to protect the device during shipping. Returns must be packaged carefully in the same manner to protect shipment.
Returns of all devices purchased through an authorized retailer must be processed by the authorized retailer according to their policies.
Return of Damaged Devices Received
If you receive a device that is damaged, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for your device to be replaced, subject to the terms of this policy, the Product Warranty, and the Terms of Service . You will be asked to send us a video of the entire device showing the damage and also showing the undamaged areas. Contact us at:
Recalls
In the unlikely event a product recall is necessary, BISEP will be responsible for all return shipping costs and return of new devices to customers.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. In the event that BISEP incurs shipping fees on the return of its device/s, those fees will be deducted from any refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by BISEP, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed using the same method of payment of the original purchase. BISEP is not responsible for any bank wire transfer fees on refunds.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received a refund that has been issued by BISEP:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
